Līpoa Neighborhood Welcomes Summer at Second PAU HANA at LĪPOA

The MEDB Courtyard was filled with more than 70 guests for the second PAU HANA at LĪPOA on June 12th. The pau hana events are held to meet your neighbors and learn about the exciting new developments happening in Līpoa.

The event was cohosted by Pacific Rim Land and the Maui Economic Development Board.
MEDB President, Leslie Wilkins welcomed guests and remarked that, “the event fulfills Līpoa’s vision of creating a place to live, work, innovate.”  She also announced that MEDB’s robust statewide summer internship program is in full swing with 122 interns being placed at companies across Maui County.
Attendees received updates from Pacific Rim Land on the near completion of the Lipoa Parkway improvements and Līpoa’s newest 3-lot commercial subdivision. Updates were also provided on future planned projects. Aloha Pickleball revealed they submitted their building permits for 18 pickleball courts, a wellness center, and a food venue serviced by Maui Brewing Company. And a representative from DXD provided an update on their new self-storage facility that commenced construction earlier in June.

We look forward to future quarterly gatherings and invite other neighbors to contact erinm@pacificrimland.com if interested in hosting a PAU HANA at LĪPOA.
