LĪPOA TAKES SHAPE:
NEW COMMUNITY ROADWAYS AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS UNDERWAY

NEW HOMES UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN EARLY 2027
What has been open, graded land is starting to look like a neighborhood. Grading is complete and the drainage basins that will protect the community are in place. The work now is streets, the first homes rising and the trail that will thread through it all.

HOʻOKENA STREET CONNECTION TO PIʻILANI HIGHWAY
The Hoʻokena Street connection to Piʻilani Highway is now paved and striped, forming a right-in, right-out intersection that provides the community with a second point of access alongside Līpoa Parkway. The timing of its opening will be tied to remaining work and coordination with the State and County.
Inside Līpoa, that same street is reaching into the first residential neighborhoods, where the first homes have moved from foundations to framing. Roof trusses went up on the first house this month, giving a Līpoa home its full shape for the first time. Model homes are anticipated to be completed early next year, offering the first chance to walk through a Līpoa home and imagine living in one. Home sales are expected to begin in the new year with the opening of the model homes.

LĪPOA TRAIL PAVING UNDERWAY
Trail paving is underway as well, with portions of the trail planned to reopen early next year. These improvements will provide a smoother surface for residents and others who enjoy walking through the Līpoa community. It is the kind of amenity that shapes daily life here: a run before work, a walk after dinner, a way to move through the community at your own pace.
Mahalo for your patience as we complete important utility upgrades across Līpoa Parkway that will serve the community for generations. Work on these upgrades are anticipated over the next couple of weeks, with the roadway expected to fully reopen in both directions by the end of the month.
