Construction is complete at LĪPOA’s latest subdivision, HALEAKALA GREENS SUBDIVISION. South Ninau and South Holopono Streets have been extended to provide access to the three new commercial lots.

Installation of final utilities is the remaining construction work needed to complete HALEAKALA GREENS SUBDIVISION, LĪPOA’s newest 3-lot commercial subdivision to the South of Lipoa Parkway.

UPDATE: April 22, 2024

Construction continues at LĪPOA’s three newly created commercial lots, each comprised of approximately 5, 9, and 11 acres.

All water, electric, communication, sewer and drainage utilities have been extended along the new segments of South Ninau Street and South Holopono Street.  

Goodfellow Bros. crew recently completed curb and gutter installation, as well as sidewalks along South Holopono Street.  Paving of the extensions of South Ninau Street and South Holopono Street is planned for the upcoming month with the subdivision expected to be completed by June of this year.

Construction of LĪPOA’s newest subdivision is making progress to the south of Lipoa Parkway. Goodfellow Bros. has been working to complete infrastructure improvements that will provide access and utilities to the three newly created commercial lots.

Work is currently underway to extend underground infrastructure and utilities including waterlines, drainage systems, and electrical and telecommunications within South Ninau Street and South Holopono Street. Following installation of the utilities, the roadway extension work – that will extend South Ninau and South Holopono Streets approximately 600 feet – is targeted to begin in
January 2024.

The paving of these roadway extensions is planned for February 2024, with completion of the project on track for March 2024.
