Connecting with Space-Tech Innovators at Privateer

LĪPOA and host Privateer welcomed 60 neighbors to the June Pau Hana, held in Privateer’s dynamic and inspiring office. The event offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests enjoyed a generous selection of beverages and pupu while catching up with colleagues and meeting new faces from around the community.

Erin Mukai of Pacific Rim Land opened the evening with welcoming remarks and shared updates on LĪPOA’s ongoing construction efforts with colleague, Brendan Kennedy, including progress on exciting new housing developments and the forthcoming U.S. Space Force facility.   They were followed by Privateer CEO Alex Fielding—co-founder of the company alongside Apple alum Steve Wozniak—who introduced Privateer’s mission to unlock the power of space data for Earth-based impact. He, along with Matthew Lugo and Jorma Rodieck highlighted their innovative platforms, Wayfinder and Elements, as well as the company’s dedication to space sustainability and ocean intelligence.
