Island Sotheby’s International Realty hosted the April Pau Hana, welcoming nearly 60 representatives from businesses, nonprofits, schools, and government organizations throughout the Līpoa community.

The gathering provided an opportunity for neighbors and community partners to connect, catch up, and learn more about one of the newest businesses to join the area. Guests enjoyed refreshments and pupus while touring Sotheby’s new office in Park Plaza.

Owner and broker-in-charge Ryan MacLaughlin and members of his team shared an overview of the company’s presence on Maui and the experience they bring to serving local residents and businesses.

As Līpoa continues to grow, new businesses, organizations, and future housing opportunities are helping shape a connected community where people can live, work, and thrive. Gatherings like the quarterly pau hana reflect the collaborative spirit that continues to bring neighbors and colleagues together.
